Build a sleshammer image with a kiwi build inside a normal package build


Steps to build locally (only on SLES11):

  $ make buildlocal

If you change the kiwi configuration or the overlay files in the 
root directory you need to call

  $ make prepare

in order to update the spec file and repack the overlay files.
Do not forget to commit them in with osc.
