Subject: [PATCH] [CVE-2024-56171] Fix use-after-free after
 xmlSchemaItemListAdd

xmlSchemaItemListAdd can reallocate the items array. Update local
variables after adding item in

- xmlSchemaIDCFillNodeTables
- xmlSchemaBubbleIDCNodeTables

Fixes #828.
